Refund Policy
At Shopstars, our goal is to deliver high-quality Shopify development, optimization, and ads management services that bring measurable results for your store. Because our work involves time, expertise, and custom development, we want to set clear expectations around refunds.
No Refunds on Completed Services
- Once work has been delivered (development hours, campaigns, optimizations, or other services), refunds are not available.
- Completed work is the result of time invested, technical implementation, and expertise—this cannot be “undone.”
Deposits & Pre-Paid Packages
- All deposits and pre-paid service packages (e.g., development hours, monthly retainers, or campaigns) are non-refundable once the project has started.
- If unused hours remain in a pre-paid package, they may be credited toward future work (valid for 90 days from purchase).
Service Issues or Disputes
- If you believe a service was not delivered as agreed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review the case and work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include adjustments, revisions, or additional support.
Exceptional Circumstances
Any approved refund will be subject to a 10% processing fee to cover transaction costs.
Refunds may only be considered in cases where work has not yet started, and only at Shopstars’ discretion.
Payment Terms
Payment for our services is due monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or other mutually agreed methods. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Development and Support
- Development: We allocate specific hours for development tasks as agreed upon in your service plan. These hours are dedicated to the creation, customization, and enhancement of your Shopify store and related digital assets.
- Support: Our support services include troubleshooting, bug fixes, and technical assistance as outlined in your service level agreement (SLA). Response times and support levels vary depending on your subscription or service tier.
Limitation of Liability
Shopstars shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to safeguarding your privacy. Our privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the terms of our privacy policy.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.
