Why Access Matters #
For ShopStars to build, manage, and optimize your store effectively, we need the correct permissions. This ensures we can work securely, avoid delays, and maintain full accountability.
Shopify #
To provide development and store management support, please add our team as a staff account with full admin permissions:
- Go to Settings > Users and Permissions > Add Staff
 - Enter the email address provided by your ShopStars project manager
 - Select Admin permissions and send the invite
 
Advertising Accounts #
We require access to your advertising platforms in order to set up and manage campaigns:
- Meta Business Manager: Assign ShopStars as a Partner with Admin role
 - Google Ads: Grant access through Account Access & Security
 - TikTok Ads: Invite ShopStars as a Manager within your ad account
 
Analytics #
Analytics access allows us to properly configure tracking and verify campaign performance:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Add our account as an Admin within your property settings
 - Other Platforms: If you use additional analytics tools, please provide Admin or equivalent access
 
Security Guidelines #
- Always use the platform’s invitation system to grant access
 - Never share passwords via email or unsecured messages
 - If an employee leaves your team, revoke their access immediately
